MIKE COSCARELLI
Mike grew up in his family’s small business-fueling his passion for helping owners capitalize on their life’s work. Before co-founding Bridgeway, he held roles across operations, strategy, and M&A at Mission Veterinary Partners. As Manager of Growth Strategy & Analytics, he co-led CIM development and data analysis for a $3.4B recap. Previously, as an M&A Associate, he led key phases of 50 acquisitions totaling $550M+ in enterprise value. Outside of work, Mike enjoys DIY projects and spending time with his wife, Kallie, and their two dogs, Tilly and Ollie.

TYLER CAMPBELL
Tyler is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional with extensive experience in M&A, business development, and deal support. Before Co-Founding Bridgeway, he was Sr. Vice President at Mission Veterinary Partners, closing $500M+ in transactions. Earlier, he served as Managing Partner at a private wealth advisory firm specializing in business succession and estate planning where he assisted his clients in selling their businesses, closing over $775M+ in enterprise value. Based in Kentucky, he enjoys outdoor adventures with his wife Jess, their kids Sawyer and Abbie Jo, and their lab, Bolt.
